Shipping

We ship by various methods depending on the size of your order and your location. Our courier partners include Aramex and Australia Post and in some instances other freight partners. Some items cannot be shipped with Australia Post due to their size limits.

All orders will be Authority to Leave in a safe location, if there is no safe location a calling may be left and you will need to collect the parcel from the local agent, Parcel Connect or Australia Post. If you do not wish to have Authority to Leave, you will need to place a note in the Notes Section of your order when checking out.  

If you have any special conditions relating to delivery please include these in the Order Special Instructions section on your cart before checking out.

Shipping Rates

Our Flat rate shipping Australia wide is $11.95 and includes most metro areas. Bulky/heavy orders and remote locations as deemed by our courier partners may incur an additional charge. Our Flat Rate Shipping is calculated based upon most major cities and the rates are set by our courier partners.

If you live in a remote or regional location as set by our courier partners or if your order is bulky or heavy, an additional shipping cost may occur, you will be notified by email and an order will be sent to you. Please checkout and make payment at the checkout, once payment has been received your order will ship. Shipping will not occur until payment for the excess freight charges has been received in full.

Pre-Orders

Incoming stock listed as Pre-Order can be purchased in advance and will be shipped upon arrival of stock. If other items have been purchased these items will be held until the Pre-Order arrives unless instructed to ship separately where an additional shipping charge will occur. Feel free to call or email if you'd like further information.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you change your mind and decide the you don't like the products, you may return your product within 7 days of receipt, all shipping costs relating to the return will be at your own expense and the original shipping costs will not be included in the refund (store credit). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept any item not in its original condition or is damaged or has missing parts. All returns will attract a 10% restocking fee and this will be deducted from your refund. Please email us at sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au before returning your product for authorisation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Once the return has been accepted, a store credit will be issued and you will receive a notification by email.

If you feel you need to return your item, our postal address is PO Box 7176 Toowoon Bay NSW 2261. Please be advised it is the buyers responsibility for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, shipping times will vary.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee receiving your returned item. 

Orders Returned to Sender

If your item is Returned to Sender a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be for the items purchased only and not the freight. If you wish to have the items resent, an additional delivery fee will be payable before the order can be reshipped.

Missing Items & Claims

Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by  email to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

Unfortunately sometimes parcels are lost or damaged in transit, we now offer Ship Tection Shipping Insurance. Please select Ship Tection at the check out for peace of mind and to be eligible to make a claim should loss or damage take place. For more information about Ship Tection please click here

Please note, if you do no select Route at the checkout then we are unable to assist you with a claim and you will need to contact the courier directly. 

If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.

Cancelled Orders

Please choose carefully, once you have placed your order and checked out, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and the packing and shipping process will commence. If you change your mind after checking out and wish to cancel your order, a Store Credit will be issued. All orders will encounter a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund (store credit). This covers third party payment provider fees and shipping protection fees which are not refunded to us and therefore this cannot refunded you.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have still not received your refund please contact us at sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

Damage and Missing Items

Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email including photographs of the goods. Once your claim has been approved you will be issued with a Store Credit. Email  sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au 

Sale items are unreturnable.

Return to Sender Items

If your item is Returned to Sender a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be for the items purchased only and not the freight. If you wish to have the items resent, an additional delivery fee will be payable before the order can be reshipped.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to luxe coastal home. luxe coastal home offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Privacy Statement

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
PREF, persistent for a very short period, Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
