How do I return or exchange an item?
We are happy to exchange or refund your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept any item not in its original condition or is damaged or has missing parts. If you change your mind and decide the you don't like the products, you may return it, all shipped costs relating to the return will be at your own expense and the original shipping costs will not be included in the refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Once the return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
