Our Luxe Black Reed Diffuser comes in a modern sleek and seductive matt black jar with the option of either black collar and black reeds or beechwood collar and natural rattan reeds and they are filled with our hand selected tantilizing fragrances.

A gorgeous gift for any occasion.  Packaged in a glossy white box with a clear window ready for gifting. We use premium diffuser base and superior quality long lasting fragrances. 200 ml diffusers will last for 8-10 months depending on environment and conditions. To reinvigorate the scent simply flip the reeds occasionally for a burst of scent.

Do not add any liquids to the wax dish. Dispose of any leftover wax thoughtfully by placing in a paper towel and disposing in the rubbish. Do not pour leftover wax down the sink.

Many of our products are ethically sourced and handcrafted by small family home industries around the world, therefore some variances in colour size and design may occur in the natural fibres used to create our products.

MISSING ITEMS

Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

DAMAGE CLAIM

Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged or lost. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps. Your concern will be answered within 24 hours.

1. Take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging and send them to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au.
2. Please keep the original packaging. 
3. Photos will be assessed a replacement or refund will be issued. 
4. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged item and original packaging to return to their depot.

If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.
