Express Shipping

We offer Express Shipping with Australia Post if you need your order in a hurry. Order will be despatched the next business day. Additional charges apply depending on the size of your order and the location. Add a note to your order or contact sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

Shipping Rates

Our Flat rate shipping Australia wide is $9.95 and includes most metro areas. Bulky/heavy orders (multiple cartons) and remote locations as deemed by our courier partners may incur an additional charge. Our Flat Rate Shipping is calculated based upon most major cities for most orders and the rates are set by our courier partners and orders are despatched daily from our Central Coast, NSW depot.

If you live in a remote or regional location as set by our courier partners or if your order is bulky or heavy, an additional shipping cost may occur, you will be notified by email and/or text then an order will be sent to you. Please checkout and make payment at the checkout, once payment has been received your order will ship. Shipping will not occur until payment for the excess freight charges has been received in full.

We ship by various methods depending on the size of your order and your location. Our courier partners include Aramex and Australia Post and in some instances other freight partners. Some items cannot be shipped with Australia Post due to their size limits.

All orders will be Authority to Leave in a safe location, if there is no safe location a calling may be left and you will need to collect the parcel from the local agent, Parcel Connect or Australia Post. If you do not wish to have Authority to Leave, you will need to place a note in the Notes Section of your order when checking out.  

If you have any special conditions relating to delivery please include these in the Order Special Instructions section on your cart before checking out.

Tracking ID will be sent from Starshipit to you via email so please check your junk mail box too. 

Pre Orders

Time frames for Pre Orders are estimates only and sometime delays may occur, we will do our best to keep you updated of any delays. If you order a Pre Order item with in stock items, the in stock items will be held until the arrive of the Pre Order. If you require the items separately, place the order separately to enable immediate delivery of the in stock items. Please contact sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au if you have any queries.

When will my order ship?

We despatch order NEXT Business Day. In Sale and Peak Times orders may will be despatched in 1-3 business days after your transaction has been processed. Orders are despatched from the NSW Central Coast. 

When I will receive my Order?

East Coast shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive – West Coast shipping is approximately 3-5 days and some remote or regional locations may take longer. Due to COVID-19 and the large volume of shipping currently happening, there may be some slight delays depending on your location and what the lock down situation is in each state at the time of your order. If your order has not arrived, please submit an enquiry with the courier delivering your order.

What if I do not receive my order?

If your order has not been delivered within 7 business days please check your shipping information and submit and enquiry directly with the courier, this will escalate the enquiry and in most cases delivery will occur within 1-2 days. Sometimes due to the high volume of parcels shipping, some parcels get stuck. Once you have submitted an enquiry and if you still have not received your parcel, please contact Luxe by email sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

MISSING ITEMS

Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

DAMAGE CLAIM

Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged or lost. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps. Your concern will be answered within 24 hours.

  1. Take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging and send them to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au.
  2. Please keep the original packaging also. 
  3. Photos will be assessed a replacement or refund will be issued. 
  4. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged item and original packaging to return to their depot.

If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.

International Shipping 

We ship Australia wide only and are unable to ship any international orders.
