MISSING ITEMS
Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au
DAMAGE CLAIM
Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged or lost. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps. Your concern will be answered within 24 hours.
- Take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging and send them to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au.
- Please keep the original packaging.
- Photos will be assessed a replacement or refund will be issued.
- In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged item and original packaging to return to their depot.
If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.
