We ship via various methods depending on the size of your order and your location. Our courier partners include Aramex (formerly Fastway), Australia Post, Couriers Please and other freight partners. All orders will be Authority to Leave in a safe location, if there is no safe location a calling may be left and you will need to collect the parcel from the local agent. If you do not wish to have Authority to Leave, you will need to place a note in the Notes Section of your order when checking out. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Tracking ID will be sent from Starshipit to you via email so please check your junk mail box too.
Route Package Protection
Unfortunately sometimes parcels are lost or damaged in transit, we now offer Route Package Protection. Please select Route Package Protection at the check out for peace of mind and to be eligible to make a claim should loss or damage take place. Our Flat rate shipping Australia wide is $11.95 and includes most metro areas. Bulky/heavy orders and remote locations as deemed by our courier partners may incur an additional charge. Our Flat Rate Shipping is calculated based upon most major cities and the rates are set by our courier partners and orders are despatched daily from our Central Coast, NSW depot.
If you live in a remote or regional location as set by our courier partners or if your order is bulky or heavy, an additional shipping cost may occur, you will be notified by email and an order will be sent to you. Please checkout and make payment at the checkout, once payment has been received your order will ship. Shipping will not occur until payment for the excess freight charges has been received in full.
Time frames for Pre Orders are estimates only and sometime delays may occur, we will do our best to keep you updated of any delays. If you order a Pre Order item with in stock items, the in stock items will be held until the arrive of the Pre Order. If you require the items separately, place the order separately to enable immediate delivery of the in stock items. Please contact email@example.com if you have any queries.
When will my order ship?
In most cases your order will be packed and shipped in 1-2 business days after your transaction has been processed. Orders are despatched from Long Jetty, NSW.
How long is shipping?
East Coast shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive – West Coast shipping is approximately 3-5 days and some remote or regional locations may take longer. Due to COVID-19 and the large volume of shipping currently happening, there may be some slight delays depending on your location and what the lock down situation is in each state at the time of your order. If your order has not arrived, please submit an enquiry with the courier delivering your order.
What if I do not receive my order?
If your order has not been delivered within 7 business days please check your shipping information and submit and enquiry directly with the courier, this will escalate the enquiry and in most cases delivery will occur within 1-2 days. Sometimes due to the high volume of parcels shipping, some parcels get stuck. Once you have submitted an enquiry and if you still have not received your parcel, please contact Luxe by email firstname.lastname@example.org
International Shipping Now Available
We now ship internationally, just email your order requirements to email@example.com and a shipping quote will be sent to you, please ask for a quote. Shipping time depends on your location and duties or taxable may apply and this is your responsibility and not included in the shipping costs. An invoice will be sent to you and full payment is required before your goods will ship. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.
