We ship via various methods depending on the size of your order and your location. Sendle Couriers (a combination of Couriers Please and Fastway), Australia Post and Border Express. Authority to Leave parcels unless stated otherwise and if it is not able to be left in a secure location a Collection Notice will be left. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Tracking ID will be sent to you via email so please check your junk mail box too.
Flat rate shipping Australia wide is $10.00 for all orders excluding bulky/heavy where extra charges may occur. Our Flat Rate Shipping is calculated based upon most major cities.
If you live in a remote or regional location, an additional shipping cost may occur, you will be notified if that is the case prior to shipping and a separate invoice will be sent to you. Shipping will not occur until payment has been received in full.
Time frames for Pre Orders are estimates only and sometime delays may occur, we will do our best to keep you updated of any delays.
When will my order ship?
In most cases your order will be packed and shipped on the next business day after your transaction has been processed.
How long is shipping?
Shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive – some remote locations may take longer.
What if I do not receive my order?

International Shipping Now Available
We now ship internationally, just email your order requirements to email@example.com and a shipping quote will be sent to you, please ask for a quote before checking out. Shipping time depends on your location and duties or taxable may apply and this is your responsibility and not included in the shipping costs. An invoice will be sent to you and full payment is required before your goods will ship. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.
