1. Carefully remove the cap and any protective seal from the fragrance bottle.
2. Place the palm leaf botanical reeds into the fragrance oil.
3. Allow the reeds to absorb the fragrance and naturally diffuse the scent throughout your space.
4. To reinvigorate the fragrance, gently jiggle or carefully flip the reeds occasionally for a fresh burst of scent. Avoid contact with the fragrance oil.

Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged or lost. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps. Your concern will be answered within 24 hours.

1. Take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging and send them to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au.
2. Please keep the original packaging. 
3. Photos will be assessed a replacement or refund will be issued. 
4. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged item and original packaging to return to their depot.

If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.
