Handmade & One of a Kind

Every Binga basket is individually woven by hand and is not mass-produced. Depending on the size and complexity of the design, each piece can take approximately 2–5 days to create.

Natural variations in shape, colour, pattern and weaving are to be expected. Small imperfections, subtle irregularities and variations in the weave are part of the character of handmade craftsmanship and should be celebrated rather than considered flaws.

No two baskets are exactly alike, making each piece a unique addition to your home.

Care

To preserve the natural beauty of your Binga basket:

• Display indoors and keep away from excessive moisture and humidity.

• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which may cause natural fibres and dyes to fade.

• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth, feather duster or soft brush.

• Do not soak, wash or use chemical cleaning products.

• Handle gently when moving or hanging.

ETHICALLY SOURCED

Many of our products are ethically sourced and handcrafted by small family home industries around the world, therefore some variances in colour size and design may occur in the natural fibres used to create our products.

MISSING ITEMS

Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

DAMAGE CLAIM

Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged or lost. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps. Your concern will be answered within 24 hours.

1. Take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging and send them to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au.
2. Please keep the original packaging. 
3. Photos will be assessed a replacement or refund will be issued. 
4. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged item and original packaging to return to their depot.

If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.
