Candle Warming & Safety Information

For the best fragrance experience, we recommend warming candles for 2–4 hours at a time. Allow the wax to cool between uses to maintain the candle’s quality and fragrance performance.

• Keep away from water, moisture, and flammable materials.
• Do not leave the candle warmer lamp unattended while in use.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Do not touch the shade, bulb, or heated areas during or immediately after use.
• Allow the lamp and candle to cool before moving or cleaning.
• Do not use if the cord, plug, or electrical components are damaged.

• Use only the recommended compatible bulb.
• Do not modify electrical components or wiring.

MISSING ITEMS

Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

DAMAGE CLAIM

Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged or lost. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps. Your concern will be answered within 24 hours.

1. Take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging and send them to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au.
2. Please keep the original packaging. 
3. Photos will be assessed a replacement or refund will be issued. 
4. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged item and original packaging to return to their depot.

If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.
