Made by Mother Nature so expect this natural product to be perfectly imperfect, each piece will be unique and sizes vary one botanical to another.  Head is approximately 4-8 cm each and on the stem the length is 45 cm long. Sold and priced individually.

Many of our products are ethically sourced and handcrafted by small family home industries around the world, therefore some variances in colour size and design may occur in the natural fibres used to create our products.

MISSING ITEMS

Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

DAMAGE CLAIM

Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged or lost. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps. Your concern will be answered within 24 hours.

1. Take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging and send them to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au.
2. Please keep the original packaging. 
3. Photos will be assessed a replacement or refund will be issued. 
4. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged item and original packaging to return to their depot.

If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.
