Candle Care Tips

Your First Burn: Burn your soy wax candle for at least 2 hours during its first use, allowing the wax to melt evenly to the edge of the vessel. This prevents "tunneling" and ensures the full use of the candle.
Trim Your Wick: Before each burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch. This helps reduce soot, ensures a cleaner burn, and avoids an oversized flame.
Enjoy Natural Variations: Changes in candle appearance, such as "sink" holes, are natural and a result of the hand-pouring process. These variations celebrate the beauty of organic soy wax.
Burn Time Limit: Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to avoid overheating the container and compromising the waxs scent and structure.
Extinguish Safely: Use a candle snuffer or dip the wick into the wax to extinguish the flame. Avoid blowing it out, as this can cause smoke and damage the wick.
Heat Resistance: Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface to protect furniture from heat damage, especially during extended burns.

Storage Recommendations

Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and protect the fragrance.
Keep candles covered or in their original packaging to shield them from dust and damage.

MISSING ITEMS

Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

DAMAGE CLAIM

Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged or lost. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps. Your concern will be answered within 24 hours.

Take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging and send them to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au.
Please keep the original packaging.
Photos will be assessed a replacement or refund will be issued.
In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged item and original packaging to return to their depot.

If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.
