Candle Care Instructions

To ensure the best performance and longevity of your candle, please follow these care guidelines:

First Burn Matters
Allow the candle to burn long enough for the melted wax to reach the edge of the container. This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn for future use.

Trim the Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm. This helps prevent smoke, soot, and an uneven flame.

Burn Time
Do not burn the candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.

Keep Away from Drafts
Avoid placing candles near fans, open windows, or air vents as drafts can cause uneven burning.

Safety First
Always place candles on a heat resistant surface and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep Out of Reach
Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

Extinguishing Your Candle
Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Avoid touching or moving the candle while the wax is hot.

MISSING ITEMS

Claims for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods by email to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au

DAMAGE CLAIM

Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged or lost. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps. Your concern will be answered within 24 hours.

1. Take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging and send them to sharon@luxecoastalhome.com.au.
2. Please keep the original packaging. 
3. Photos will be assessed a replacement or refund will be issued. 
4. In some instances, the courier will collect the damaged item and original packaging to return to their depot.

If a Gift Card has been used as part of the purchase, the Gift Card will be refund in the first instance and the balance will be refunded by the same payment method.
